After over a year of lockdowns, I have been craving a holiday for a very long time. Despite the fact that restrictions are starting to ease, the UK’s travel traffic light system realistically means that a holiday abroad still feels quite far from reach. South Korea’s capital, Seoul, is a photographer’s dream city. It is a metropolis of stark contrasts. From its historic neighbourhoods and palaces, to the bustling shopping streets and skyscrapers of the modern city, you will be spoilt for choice for photo spots.
In this blog, I list my four top places to photograph when you visit Seoul, with pictures that I took whilst I was in the city. As you will see, I used some interesting photography props, from Scrabble letters to my favourite glass ball, and doing the ‘follow me to’ trend.
