This continues to be an unprecedented time for travellers, with countries in lockdown, borders closed and flights cancelled. With the new strains of COVID-19 dampening any optimism of travelling abroad in the near future, I have compiled a new list for 2021, on how you can keep your wanderlust alive, from the comfort of your own home.
I launched my travel blog in February 2020. I was so excited to be able to document my travels on this new platform, that I jetted off to beautiful Greece for my first adventure of the year at the end of February. Little did I know at the time that this would be my first and only trip abroad this year.
In 2020, I was looking forward to exploring new cities in North and South America and Asia, and blogging about my next adventures. The next time it rains when you’re walking down the street and you see a puddle, use what you’ve learnt here and experiment with those puddles – remember, practice makes perfect!

I often get asked how I plan my trips – including how I manage to fit in visiting lots of places into a day, to how I choose restaurants and modes of transport.
For any adventure abroad, I always create a travel itinerary to ensure I visit the best places and maximise the amount of time whilst on holiday. In this blog post, I’m going to show you how to create the perfect itinerary, with a recent example I did for Toronto, so you can make the most of your future city breaks!
