Next post
London is looking more glamorous than ever this year, with stunning new Christmas displays gracing the capital. Here are my top picks for 2022 – be sure to check these out if you’re going to be in London this winter season…
Have you ever seen a London landmark themed Christmas tree?
Head down to St.Pancras International this Christmas season to see an impressive 33 foot tree, that has taken inspiration from the London skyline.
The tree features illuminated icons such as Big Ben, the London Eye and St.Paul’s Cathedral, as well as department stores, red telephone boxes, terrace houses and a reindeer at the top.
St.Pancras have teamed up with The Prince’s Trust to present this festive display and share the wonderful work of the charity.
Covent Garden has been transformed into a magical winter wonderland, with festive markets, snow, Christmas trees and baubles.
New for 2022 is a Christmas sleigh, which is a beautifully reconditioned and hand painted 1884 carriage, and provides the perfect photo opportunity.
Harrods is looking forever magical – this stunning ‘Fabulous World of Dior’ display has transformed Harrods’ Knightsbridge facade with glittering lights, delicate details and emblematic symbols, including a compass rose and a lucky star.
Annabel’s never fails to impress and this year’s display is one of their most stunning yet.
This festive carousel, designed by Tatiana Kharchylava, features flying unicorns, taking inspiration from vintage fairgrounds.
KOYN’s little mascot, located outside their Grosvenor Street residence, is one of the cutest Christmas displays. The KOYN car features a Christmas tree on top and shows the perfect harmony between tradition and modernity.
London Bridge’s charming festive market, coined ‘Christmas by the River’, is one of London’s prettiest Christmas markets. Nestled between Tower Bridge, More London and Hays Galleria, the area is a sparkling festive spot, made perfect with a wonderful Christmas tree and reindeer sculpture.
Carnaby is famous for its annual Christmas installations and 2022 marks 25 years since its first display. In a fitting tribute, this year’s decorations comprise a medley of most-loved pieces from past displays. This includes neon lyrics from Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, a giant snowman, a globe and sea creatures.
